What is your turnaround time like?

We will deliver your Photos and Drones Photos within 24 hrs or less after a shoot.
Video is within 3 working days. (Our Video Editor works from Monday to Friday)
Let us know if your job is urgent and we would be happy to help meet your deadline

What if it’s raining or the weather isn't good - Is there a cancellation fee?

We can reschedule when the weather is better at no charge.
If it is raining at the time of the shoot, we will go with the interior shots and wait or return at a later time for the exterior shots.

How about Return Visit?

How long does a house shoot take?

For an average 3-4 bedroom house it takes approximately 90 minutes to shoot photos.
A standard Package of Photo + Video + Drones would take around 4.5 hours

Would you help us moving furniture and cleaning the house?

Agents/Landlords are expected to have the property staging and cleaning completed prior to the photo shoot.
We will not move furniture, make beds, or tidy the area due to privacy concerns and to show respect to the house owner or tenant.

Do you have a prep list for real estate photo shoot?

Having the house prepped and photo-ready before we arrive for your real estate photography shoot will help us to capture photos that make a great first impression on future buyers.
